HOME DELIVERY WITHOUT ANY RISK

What you ordered will be delivered to you, via a trusted carrier, perfectly packaged, directly to your home in 72 working hours, concluded with electronic payment (Paypal), or cash on delivery.

The products will travel at the total risk of Olio e Conserve Martino which, in case of damage, will immediately replace them, without any expense on your part.

IMPORTANT

At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the courier's accompanying document

- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered. If it shows signs of tampering, dents or signs of humidity, the package must be immediately reported to the Courier, adding the wording "withdrawal with reserve" on the accompanying document, which must be countersigned by the courier.

FREE RETURNS

If you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, just contact us. The costs of the collection are entirely at our expense. Nothing will have to pay for the withdrawal.

However, you are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
