Shipping and Delivery
The delivery time of the ordered products is on average 1/2 working days from receipt of payment, however it may happen that the order can be fulfilled a few more days. In any case, the maximum time that can elapse between the order fulfillment date and the delivery date is 10 days.
Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders are handled and shipped via Fulfillment by Amazon.
Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying document of the Courier
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or altered. We accept orders for delivery in Italy, and in other countries of the European Community. < / p>
For each order placed, we issue a receipt for the material shipped and the we include in the shipment. Upon request, we issue an invoice and include it in the shipment or send it by e-mail to the holder of the order pursuant to art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice.
No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
The customer can purchase the products in our electronic catalog at the time of sending the order. The images and technical data accompanying a product sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of its characteristics but different in size, color, accessories, etc.
Receipt of the order
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by an e-mail reply, sent to the email address provided by the customer.
