The delivery time of the ordered products is on average 1/2 working days from receipt of payment, however it may happen that it may take a few more days to process the order. In any case, the maximum time that may elapse between the order fulfillment date and the delivery date is 10 days.

Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders are handled and shipped through Fulfillment by Amazon.

Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the courier's accompanying document
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or altered. If it shows signs of tampering, dents or signs of humidity, the package must be immediately reported to the Courier, putting the words "withdrawal with reserve" on the accompanying document, which must be countersigned by the courier.
